MISSIONS :
 
Deliver scientific and medical information regarding health products to healthcare professionals and patients in accordance with current regulatory guidelines and in strict adherence to the Laboratory's recommendations.
 
  • Receive first and second-level requests from Healthcare Professionals and Patients (incoming contacts: telephone, e-mail, fax, post, etc.), during working hours 
  • Ensure the traceability of requests received using designated databases, as well as documentary updates 
  • Respond to requests according to client guidelines 
  • Transfer requests to the appropriate specialists when they fall outside the area of expertise 
  • Detect pharmacovigilance and product complaint cases and notify the concerned services 
  • Alert managers of any information having a direct or indirect impact on the activity 
  • Participate in Crisis Management (answering calls, sending mail, activity reports) 
You will benefit from a training programme tailored to your profile and responsibilities, as well as daily support from experienced operators. 
 
PROFIL :
 
  • Full proficiency in scientific Dutch
  • Conversational English? 
  • Scientific training  in Life sciences or previous experience in close contact with Health Care professionals.
  • Experience in telephone communication 
  • Rigorous, Organised 
  • Responsive and able to work under pressure 
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills 
  • Sense of service and team spirit
